Customer Service


We require a 50% deposit using a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card to initiate your online order. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation to ensure your order information is accurate. The balance will be due prior to shipment. When you place your order you may choose to have us charge your credit card for the balance prior to shipping your order. Otherwise, when your order is nearing completion we will contact you to arrange payment. For balance due payments we accept money orders, personal checks, Visa and Master Card.

Custom Orders

On custom orders, we require a $200 design deposit to initiate drawings for your approval. The deposit will be credited to your order. Due to the extra development involved, lead times on custom-designed pieces are generally 2 to 4 weeks longer than standard pieces. For details about our custom design process.

Shipping Policy

When you place an order online shipping cost and delivery dates estimates are based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. Your final cost for shipping is based on weight and fuel cost at the time of shipping. With over thirteen years experience in shipping furniture, along with past entertainment and film logistics shipping all over the world we take this part of the process very seriously. We only use dependable carriers that are bonded and all products are insured in order to make sure that your farm table or furniture arrives in the condition that it left my shop. Items in stock will typically ship out in 2-3 business days. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy

Returns for over stock and in stock stock items only at time of placing order, you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for in stock items under returned within 3 days of recieving date will be credited in the full amount once product returns to Mobili llc. (excluding shipping and handling charges) and the same form as the original payment type allow 10 days for peocessing. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

In case following conditions are not met Mobili LLc. reserves the right to charge 25% restocking fee or refuse the return.

  • The items must be returned for refund or exchange within 3 days of recieving date
  • Items and packaging must be received in new condition
  • The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
  • Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
  • Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
  • Return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been sent to production. If the item you want to cancel is in fabrication, the order cannot be canceled.

Tracking Your Shipment

After you successfully place your order and have received an e-mail confirmation of shipment, you can track its status on our website by using the order number provided on your order confirmation email

When will I get it?

Once your deposit is received your order will be sent to the studio floor to begin production of your order within 2-3 business days. Most orders are fulfilled and out the door within 4 to 6 weeks prior to shipping. After final approval and payment your order will ship within 2 -3 business days. Once your order ships it will take 1 to 5 business days to arrive depending on which shipping method you selected and your shipping address.
